Automatic account deletion | When it happens (and how to avoid it)

Quick heads up: some accounts are automatically and permanently reset by the system. This isn’t meant to scare you. It only applies in a very specific situation.

An account will be auto deleted only if all of the following are true:

  • It’s been inactive for 90 days.
  • It has not unlocked the Minoan age yet.
  • You have not spent real money in the game with that specific account.
If even one of these points doesn’t apply, your account will not be automatically reset.

Can an account that got an automatic reset be recovered?
No. Once an account is deleted under this policy, it can’t be restored.

How to make sure your account stays safe:

  • Log in at least once every 90 days.
  • Progress your game to unlock the Minoan age.
  • If you’re taking a break, a quick login now and then will keep your account active.
