Battle for Atlantis is a large-scale Alliance vs. Alliance feature where four Alliances compete for control of Atlantis.
The goal is to capture and defend Nodes to earnVictory Points. Nodes generate Victory Points every hour, and the Alliance with the most Victory Points at the end of the season wins.
You canattack enemy Nodes, defend captured Nodes, repair breached Nodes, and coordinate with Alliance members tofocus on key targets. A focused strategy is often more effective than trying to control the entire map.
Nodes
Nodes vary in size and value. Larger Nodes generate more Victory Points, have more garrison slots, and are harder to hold.
To capture a garrison slot, defeat the heroes defending it. To take control of a Node, your Alliance must control the majority of its garrison slots.
Once captured, the Node starts generating Victory Points for your Alliance.
Battles and Heroes
During the Preparation Phase, assign 25 heroes for the upcoming Conflict Phase. This roster is used for both attacks and defense.
Battles are instant and automatic. Select up to 5 heroes, confirm, and receive the result immediately.
Up to two Alliances can attack the same Node at once.
Heroes assigned to defense are placed in garrisons. They cannot attack or recover while stationed there.
Atlantis Energy and Attrition
Attacks use Atlantis Energy, which regenerates over time. Spending it on Nodes your Alliance cannot hold can weaken your overall strategy.
In addition to regular battle damage, all participating heroes lose HP through Attrition after every battle, allies and enemies alike. Attrition damage is 4% per attacking hero, up to a total of 20% with 5 heroes.
Even if your heroes are defeated, a full attack with 5 heroes still deals at least 20% damage to the target garrison slot. This allows your Alliance to wear down stronger defenses over multiple attacks.
Defeated garrison heroes stay in place and cannot be used for attacks. Heroes recover over time, andMedkits can fully heal them. Unused Medkits expire at the end of the season.
