I Made a Purchase by Mistake. What Can I Do?
If you made a purchase in error, please
contact our support team as soon as possible and follow the instructions provided in the support form.
You can access the Support button in-game by tapping your avatar in the bottom menu, then selecting the Settings tab.

Please note that refund eligibility depends on the individual circumstances of each case and cannot be guaranteed. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Please be also aware that we are generally unable to reverse a purchase if the virtual currency, items, or benefits received have already been used or consumed.
