6. In-app purchases


I paid for a product through the game's store, but did not receive it. What can I do?

We are sorry you experiencing problems with your purchase. In rare cases, it may unfortunately happen that you do not receive what you bought when making a purchase. This can be, for example, due to a lost or unstable internet connection, or due to a problem with the payment service used. But don’t worry, we will help you get what you bought.

If you have purchased Gems, a bundle or any other in-app purchase in Rise of Cultures, but didn't receive anything, there are some steps you can take yourself:

1. Simply open the in-game shop again; you may then get the product.
2. If this doesn't solve your issue, close the game and start it again.

If restarting the game did not help, please contact our Support Team. You can do that by using a button below this article. To speed up the processing of your request, if you have any kind of transaction confirmation, please provide it. It will help us find your purchase.
Additionally, please include any other kind of information that might help us track down your purchase. E.g. which payment method and provider were used, what did you buy, any confirmation number or ID, a screenshot of the payment confirmation, etc.
