Syncing Devices

We are delighted to share that is possible to sync your account across multiple devices of the same operating system! In other words, you can now visit your village, manage your farm, complete your orders, and continue your missions from the device that best suits the moment!

This feature is only possible if you are using either only Android or only iOS devices. In other words:

  • Two Android devices can sync
  • Two iOS devices can sync
  • An Android and iOS device cannot both sync using this method
Please be aware that you may experience game-play issues if you attempt to use two devices at once.

If you are using OS and Android devices, or also with to play through a browser, you should instead visit our Setup Account help page which will allow you to do just that! 

How to Sync!

You will need to access your in-game settings. This is the little tog icon that is on any location's screen.
In your in-game settings, go to the 'Data' tab at the top.
On the left-hand side, you will find writing that says "Save your game across devices!". Under this is a button that will take you to log in to Google Play or Apple. 

Click the green button and follow these simple steps:
  1. Log in to your Google Play / Apple account. 
  2. If requested, create a profile.
  3. Follow the remaining steps on the screen.
Back in your settings, you should now see the green button in Data disappear and be replaced with "Connected". 
There is now a red button you can use to disconnect should you wish to stop sharing your account across devices.
On your second device, simply follow the above instructions. Once done, you will be able to access your account across both devices.
