App and Browser Gameplay

Sunrise Village offers two methods of gameplay for you to enjoy, whether you are at home or on the go!

  • Android and iOS app for mobile devices
  • Browser for laptop and computer users
App Users
We recommend setting up your account. There are plenty of reasons to finish setting up your account:

  • You can create your unique login which you can use on any device (yes, you can now use both Android and iOS for your account and won't need to rely on Syncing!)
  • You can recover your account through the email you associate with the account, providing you with added peace of mind 
  • Setting up your account allows you to also play on the browser!
To Setup your Account, visit the Ingame Settings, which is the cog icon that can be found under the drop down two lines.

You can add an email address and password to the boxes that appear!

Once you have done this, you will be able to change your Email and Password through the ingame settings.

You can use this information to log into your account on any device!
  • Run Sunrise Village on the app of a device
  • Visit 'Setup Account' in the ingame settings
  • Input the login information you had set for your account
Please note: If you have a new EU account for example and want to play your UN account, using the same email and password won't work.

When logging onto the browser, please ensure you are using the correct link for the server you are on.

Browser Users

If you are interested in playing through the mobile app as well, simply download the app and get through the initial walkthrough. Once you have got access to the ingame settings, go to Setup Account in the Data section.

Fill in the login information you use on the Browser to load your game up.
Please note: If your device is showing it is on the EU server and you are on the UN server (for example), this method will not work. You will instead need to reach out to Game Support using the green Support button in the ingame settings, who will be able to assist you.

How can I check what server is my account on?
When you are logged in, your account will be on one of our two servers:
  • EU
  • UN
You can see this information by visiting the ingame settings and looking at the bottom, to the right of your player ID.
Select language
