What can I find in the headquarters and which materials are necessary to expand it?

In the Headquarters players can start building additional fort buildings if the conditions are met and the required amount of products has been collected.
Once inside the building, fort members can view event logs.
Players with the necessary permissions can change its name and add a description in the settings.
