Attackers and Defenders:
Attackers and defenders face off in battle.
The attackers’ goal is to capture the flag and hold it for 5 rounds or defeat all defenders.
Defenders must protect the fort for 55 rounds or defeat all attackers.
Sectors and fields:
The map is divided into sectors and fields.
Each sector can only contain players from one side: attacking or defending.
In each round, you can perform a maximum of two actions - shoot and move.
You can only move to an adjacent sector, provided it is free of other players and has available space.
You cannot move to a sector adjacent to the corner of your current sector.
Defenders always have priority in executing their actions.
Some sectors have special properties that increase or decrease players’ skills.
Shooting:
You shoot at the closest enemy you see on the map.
However, if you target a sector (touching your current sector), you'll shoot at the player(s) standing there, rather than the closest enemy.
If an Adventurer is in that sector and has activated their premium character before your shot, you won't shoot at them.
Instead, you’ll target another player from the sector or the closest opponent from the opposing team.
Visibility:
Darkened squares represent areas you cannot shoot at.
However, you can still see players and their movements in these gray areas, even though they’re outside your shooting range.
Distance:
The closer you are to the character you’re shooting at, the more likely you are to hit.
Distance is calculated based on fields, not sectors.
Distance does not affect the damage dealt.
Damage:
Damage dealt depends on the secondary weapon, command bonuses, reinforcements used (e.g., bayonets, visors, trap bombs), and whether you’re equipped with a set that offers a damage bonus.
Weapons deal a maximum of 1/3 of the attacked person’s maximum health points.
For example, a player with 300 health points will not take more than 99 damage per shot.
Only fort weapons cause damage in fort battles - regular dueling weapons have no effect unless they’re part of a set with a fort weapon that provides bonuses (e.g., sector damage, attack or defense bonus). If several players contribute to a sector's damage bonus, only the highest individual bonus is applied.
Participation:
You don’t have to be online to participate in the battle.
Fainting before the battle doesn’t exclude you from it.
You must join early enough to reach the fort in time.
If you're offline, your character will follow the instructions you’ve set, aiming for the target you’ve chosen.
If no target is selected, your character won’t move.
You can take control of your character once you join the battle.
However, you cannot sign up for a battle that’s already in progress.
