What is the Loyalty of a village?
Loyalty represents how close a village is to switching ownership. Normally, it is at
100, and in this case, it is not displayed in the Village Overview.
When a village is attacked with a nobleman, its loyalty usually decreases by
20-35 points per attack. There are additional buffs that can help noblemen reduce loyalty faster, such as the
Noble Booster and the Paladin’s
Persuasion skill.
Loyalty typically increases by
1 point per hour, but this depends on the world’s speed. For example, on a speed 2 world, loyalty will rise by 2 points per hour. However, some worlds may have custom settings that modify this rate, so it’s best to check the world settings directly for accurate information.
If your loyalty is below 100, you cannot demolish buildings from the headquarters. There are no other disadvantages to having lower loyalty, except for the risk of losing the village if loyalty reaches 0. If loyalty
drops to 0 or below, the village is conquered by the attacker, and its loyalty is reset to 25 under the new owner.
