Quantum Incursions 2nd Championship
We're thrilled to unveil some exciting changes happening in Quantum Incursions. Get ready to embark on new adventures and conquer even greater challenges with the
next Quantum Incursion starting on May 9th!2nd QI Championship Adjustments
We've bid farewell to the Basilisk Peaks Incursion and welcomed two new additions to our roster: Dragon Valley and Drake Mountains! Guilds opting for the "Drake Mountains" now have the chance to unlock not just one, but two breathtaking new buildings: the Neo Tactician's Tower and the Neo Sentinel Outpost. Those 2 are also added as Championship rewards!
QI Map Changes
In our ongoing quest to keep things fresh and engaging, we've made some adjustments to our general nodes. We completely
removed the multipliers from nodes. We noticed that they caused competition between players and waiting for more worthwhile nodes. The rewards have been adjusted accordingly.
In addition, you now provide
more progress per interaction! In Difficulty 1-5 you contribute 4 progress each, in 6-8 its 5 progress each and in 9-10 it is 6 progress each. The required progress per node has also been adjusted accordingly. We wanted to reward guilds for reaching higher difficulties by increasing the ratio between Quantum Actions spent and Progress Points received as the guild progressed in an Incursion.
Donation costs for resources, goods and units have been streamlined and are now roughly the same for each.
The
movement cost has been reduced from 2000 Quantum Actions to just 1000, ensuring you don't spend as much just to get to the required node on later difficulties.
Last but not least, we've fine-tuned the
balance of enemy armies in difficulty 9, ensuring a fair and challenging experience for all players. This is a change you must've already noticed in the most recent Season of QI.
QI Settlement Changes
The Settlement has also received some changes, which should make it easier and nicer to play. Firstly, we increased the starting amount of
Quantum Supplies from 15.000 to 25.000. This allows for quicker and less frustrating early days during an Incursion.
In addition we changed the amount of goods and military buildings you can select. Every guild member now has the chance to
choose 3 different goods buildings and 3 different
military buildings.
To make the early fights a bit easier as well, we changed the
starting amount of Ballista to 8 as well, so you have 8 of every unit now.
We are aware, that those changes reduce the importance of certain choices, however we plan to return more of those elements in future updates.
Quantum Rewards Adjustments
Meanwhile, the Quantum Pass and leader board have undergone a transformation, now offering the chance to earn the new
Neo Tactician's Tower and
Neo Sentinel Outpost. Plus, we've adjusted the required progress points for the Quantum rewards chest to 100 per reward step, ensuring that the journey remains rewarding and fulfilling.
On top of this, we have also increased the Quantum Medal rewards in the Quantum Pass:
- Free Quantum Pass: Quantum medals increased from 10 000 to 15 000
- Silver Quantum Pass: Quantum medals increased from 12 500 to 17 500
- Golden Quantum Pass: Quantum medals increased from 15 000 to 20 000
End of Quantum Incursion Reward Chests
We've heard your feedback and adjusted the requirements for unlocking the free reward chests. Chest 1 will now be unlocked with 50 progress points and Chest 2 will require only 100 progress points. But that's not all! For those who unlock all boxes, we've prepared a special treat: the QI Spring 2024 Epic Selection Kit. This kit allows players to choose from our range of new buildings and includes the Neo Tactician's Tower, Neo Sentinel Outpost, Neo Winners' Plaza, and Neo Botanical Rotunda and their upgrades!
Stay tuned for more updates as we forge ahead together!
