How do I add a great building or trade offer to the conversation?

Inside your conversation click on the paperclip icon next to your message.
This will open up the "Send Attachment" window, click on "Send" next to a great building to send it to the conversation. Or click on the "Trade Offers" tab to add a trade offer instead.
