How to transfer Tribe rights when Duke is inactive?

From time to time you might find the Duke in the tribe is no longer active. The support team are unable to transfer tribal rights to other players. The members of the tribe can form a new tribe or wait and hope for a change in circumstance and the Duke returning.

If the only account that has Duke rights in the tribe gets deleted, the rights transfer to the most 'senior' player in the tribe based on their given rights.

If there are multiple players on the same level (for example, baron), then the first person to select themselves as the duke will automatically inherit the duke role.
