FAQ - Inventory Items, Relocation & Casual

Q: What is the Relocation item and how does it work?
A: The Relocation item lets you move your village to a different position on the map under strict restrictions (distance to others, tribal center, world rules). The final location is chosen by the system, not by exact coordinates.

Q: My relocation didn’t take me where I expected. Can I get another one or move again?
A: No. Relocations follow specific rules based on available free spots and constraints. If the result is legal, it’s not a bug and cannot simply be repeated. Additional Relocate items are usually only given via events, bonuses or shop offers (if at all).

Q: Can I buy or get another Relocate item? Why won’t you give me one?
A: Extra Relocate items are only available if the world/settings explicitly offer them (events, bundle offers, special compensation). Support cannot grant Relocate on request.

Q: I accidentally transferred my village (e.g., via relocation or restart). Can you return it?
A: Villages that have been moved, nobled or lost through normal game actions cannot be manually moved back by support. Only clear technical errors are considered for correction.

Q: Casual worlds feel unfair or not really “casual.” Will you fix them? Why can experienced players join?
A: Casual worlds’ rules (who can join, protection mechanics, what carries over) are set by game design. They are intentionally open to all players, including experienced ones. Any changes would come from the developers via announcements, not from support.

Q: Which items are not transferable to Casual?
A: Typically: world‑specific boosters, some event items, and items obtained on that world only. There is usually an official list per market. As a rule of thumb, if the UI doesn’t offer “transfer to Casual,” the item is not eligible.
