Q: I didn’t receive my reward for finishing a quest / Where is my “Privilege” item?
A: Some rewards apply after finishing a questline, not the first quest. Check if you completed all tasks in the chain. Then check Inventory or the relevant screen (premium, cosmetics, etc.).
Q: I don’t receive prizes for quests; the info says I should.
A: Many players overlook that only completing the final quest in the chain grants the big reward. The earlier ones only give small or no extra rewards.
Q: How do I use cosmetics? I bought one, activated it and it’s still in my Inventory. Can I send it to someone else?
A: Cosmetics (skins, decorations) are activated per world/account. After activation, apply them from the appearance/skin menu. Remaining copies in inventory can’t usually be traded or gifted unless the item explicitly allows it.
Q: Why am I not getting a specific promotion or event bonus?
A: Promotions are targeted and/or random; not all players receive the same one. Support can’t add or change who gets a promotion.
