Is checking Instagram the first thing you do in the morning or the last one in the evening? Then we are looking for you!
Our dedicated team of volunteers on our Social Media channels provide invaluable assistance to our wonderful players on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Join us, and be the voice of Elvenar when reacting to messages and comments. Sounds interesting, right?
You mission:
- Be the voice of Elvenar! Constantly engage with our players, by answering their questions and posing your own.
- Moderate, if necessary. Review, react and moderate content where necessary.
- Help the community. Provide direct support for easy-to-solve issues addressed by users or escalate across Elvenar.
- Collect valuable feedback. You will be the main link between Community Management and our players, collect and forward relevant feedback to make Elvenar even more awesome!
Your profile:
- Age. You are at least 18 years old.
- Gaming experience. You have good knowledge, understanding and experience of Elvenar.
- Social Media skills. You have a basic knowledge of how Social Media platforms work. You have an active account on at least one of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram.
- Activity. Several hours of online presence on a daily basis is something usual for you.
- Communication skills. It comes with the package — you don’t go below the excellence mark when it comes to communication, and you English should be absolutely flawless!
- Cooperation is the key! Be a team player, work together with other Elvenar fans. Be polite, patient and open to new ideas and changes in the game.
- Team of specialists. Shape the success story of Elvenar and be a part of our determined and enthusiastic international team.
- Stay informed. You will be informed about our future plans, to be able to play a significant role in the development of the game and to better assist the community on our Social Media channels.
- Help remotely. Work and connect with our team from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your own home!
- Test before release. You have the opportunity to test new features before they are released to players.
