Welcome, brave Forgers! Enter the Ringmaster’s Halloween Carnival and test your composure in front of the grand Wheel of Misfortune!

The Halloween Event is back—with new prizes, refined mechanics, and a twisted new attraction known only as... the Clown’s Counter.

Step into the spectral fairground and prove your aim in the Ringmaster's knife-throwing competition, where every throw could bring riches—or regrets. Gone are the bubbling potions of last year’s festivities; this time, the fun is faster, the frights are fiercer, and the rewards? Positively ghoulish.

The Halloween event will run from September 22nd until October 13th on BETA.

Roll up your sleeves, and let the Halloween horrors begin!

What’s New?

The Wheel mechanic returns, but with changes and twists:

• No more Energy Tokens, potions, or progress bars—enjoy a faster, simpler gameplay
• Rival Challenge system removed (Baron Alaric has fled the circus… for now)
• Multi-knife throws now scale Grand Prize progress—go big to get ahead!
• Clown’s Counter item shop adds a whole new layer of strategy and sinister delight

Mechanics

Complete Event Quests and be rewarded with Halloween Tickets that earn you entry to the Ringmaster's challenge – the Wheel of Misfortune. The Wheel is easy: throw Knives to knock the rewards off the Wheel, or refresh and spin to see what else the reward pool holds.

But remember:

• Use Halloween Tickets to throw 1, 3, or 5 knives at the Wheel of Misfortune
• The Wheel is shared with your neighborhood—claim rewards before they vanish!
• Every knife throw gives guaranteed Grand Prize points, and you can earn bonus points by collecting new Cat Charms
• Look out for Cat Charms and Bat Tokens on the Wheel slots, you will definitely need them later!

Choose whether to spin a fresh Wheel or throw at the one currently shown—but act fast, as prizes are first come, first claimed!

Plan your throws wisely to make sure you also complete the Daily Tasks (up to 6 a day), which will provide extra perks.

Important! Daily Tasks reset every day at midnight.

The Clown’s Counter: Shop of Shadows

Enter the Clown's Counter! This new Item Shop section is our newest addition this year, replacing the Energy Tokens from the last year. 



A twisted new item shop replaces the Energy system of old. Here, you’ll spend two new Halloween-themed currencies:

Bat Tokens	Earned from the Wheel and Daily Tasks Complete 6 tasks per day (Tasks 4–6 award double Bat Tokens) Reset at midnight—log in daily!
Cat Charms	Rare currency, found only on the Wheel Grants bonus Grand Prize progress Can be exchanged at the Counter for exclusive, eerie rewards

Boo’loon Spectral Fair

This year’s haunted main building begins as the Boo’loon Spectral Fair, an 11-level structure that evolves through two sinister upgrades:

•  Boo’loon Masquerade Carnival (Silver Upgrade Kit)
•  Boo’loon Grand Gala (Golden Upgrade Kit)

Upgrade Kits can be earned from the Event Pass, League rewards, and the Clown’s Counter Questline. Each form of the building grants powerful boosts and a theatrical new look for your city’s eerie skyline.

Meet Your Historical Allies

Two legendary figures of 18th-century India emerge from the shadows to aid your city in this year’s event. Recruit them to gain strategic advantages and expand your empire’s power—if you can survive long enough to earn them...

Maharani Tarabai	Tarabai, Maratha queen and regent, took the reins of empire following her husband’s death and led a courageous resistance against the Mughals. Her bold leadership and political finesse preserved Maratha sovereignty through one of its most unstable eras.
Peshwa Bajirao I	One of the most formidable military minds of Indian history, Baji Rao I revolutionized warfare with his swift cavalry strikes and relentless campaigns. Known for never losing a battle, his tactics reshaped the Indian subcontinent and propelled Maratha power to new heights.
