Shuffle Events - How do they work?

Shuffle Events are, as the description suggests, events where in order to play the event and receive precious rewards you need to shuffle the set presented to you each day of the Event. 

For now, we have two types of shuffle events. These are May and Winter Events, which, although they take place at different times of the year, are based on the same mechanics. 

• Winter Event

In this Winter event, completing tasks will give you Postal Keys as a reward, which will allow you to open Postal Boxes.




As you can see on the left-hand side of the image, when you open the event window a set of 16 locked Postal Boxes will be presented to you which you must shuffle in order to open them. Once you have shuffled them, you will see the closed set and you will then have to use the Postal Keys (which you receive by completing the event's missions and/or by collecting them in the surrounding areas of your City) to open the Postal Boxes and thus receive not only one of the Prizes contained within, but also a Winter Gift. By collecting 20 Winter Gifts, you will have a Grand Prize to collect.

However, in this type of event you can use some special powers!

There are 3 Special Powers you can use
	Reshuffle - At the cost of 45 Postal Keys it presents you with new rewards, closes all previously opened Postal Boxes and allows you to "shuffle" them again.
	2x - Doubles up the rewards in the next Postal Box that is opened after activation.
	Magnifier - Shows the contents of two, as yet unopened, Postal Boxes.

Please Note: You cannot continue to collect additional Postal Stars if a Special Power is ready to use. Only after a Power has been used will the counter start increasing again with each new door opened.

Each event brings you fantastic and exclusive prizes, so make sure you complete the proposed quests in order to collect all the wonderful rewards!

• May Event

In this Winter event, completing tasks will give you Bronze Shovels as a reward, which will allow you to open Fairy Seeds.

Each day in the May event starts with a total of 16 locked Fairy Seeds that are just waiting for you to open them, using Bronze Shovels. At the start of each day, you will be presented with a new selection of rewards hidden within the Fairy Seeds. To give you an idea of what you can win, the rewards are visible at first but you must "Shuffle" them before you open the Fairy Seeds to claim them. When you use Bronze Shovels to open a Fairy Seed they will give you an Enchanted Flower which contribute to your progress towards the Grand Prizes, you can collect the next Grand Prize once you have gathered 20 Enchanted Flowers.

However, in this type of event you can use some special powers too!
