It's time to don your finest green garb and get ready to sham-rock the town because Forge of Empires is bringing you a St. Patrick's Day celebration like never before! Paddy McCharms has returned, brimming with Irish wit and wisdom, to guide you through this year's festivities.

On Beta, the St. Patrick's Day Event will start on January 21st and run until February 11th

So get ready to gather your Pots of Gold and chase the rainbow to a pot full of prizes! 

Mechanics

Grab your shillelagh and let's dive into the mechanics of this grand event. For a full tutorial, check the Mechanics page for this Event, but here's a wee taste to get you started:

Pots of Gold: 

Earn these precious treasures by completing Paddy’s quests and claiming your Daily Bonus Quests. That’s 100 free Pots of Gold each day – talk about the luck o' the Irish!

Event Town Overview:

Open the event window to view a detailed map of the St. Patrick's event town. On the left side of the river, you'll find the festival and shipyard. On the right, a collection of factories awaits your management skills. Select any factory to start producing items needed for your festival.

Shamrocks Production: 

Factories produce Shamrocks over time. Collect these Shamrocks and transport them to the festival using your trusty ship. Shamrocks are essential for completing tasks and advancing to new towns.

Shipping:

Your ship will transport Shamrocks from the factories to the festival. Select the ship to begin a voyage and watch it deliver Shamrocks to your festival. Pro tip: Use the "max" option to streamline large shipments.

Managers: 

Hire managers to automate factory production, ship operations, and festival activities. Managers not only make the process smoother but can also be upgraded for greater efficiency and productivity.

Tasks: 

Complete tasks displayed at the top of the event window to progress toward the Grand Prize. New tasks will appear as you complete others, and you can finish all tasks in a town before moving to the next stage, or move on as soon as you have enough Shamrocks.

Advancing Towns: 

Move to the next town once you've collected the required Shamrocks. For the first town, you'll need 1 million Shamrocks, but for all others you will need 8.4 Quadrillion Shamrocks - so get those factories producing!

End-Stage Chests: 

At the end of each town, open reward chests for additional prizes. One chest is free, and you can open up to six, with costs increasing for each chest. Use the Open All option for a discounted rate on all six!

	Time Warp	Skip ahead 2 hours of production instantly without spending Pots of Gold.
