Changes to Beta App Access – Now via Firebase

Dear Beta Testers,

We are making changes to how you access the Forge of Empires Beta App. From now on, we will no longer be using App Center for beta distribution. Instead, we are switching to Firebase, which provides a smoother and more efficient way to access new test versions.

What’s Changing?

• Beta access will now be managed via Firebase instead of App Center.
• A Google account is required to participate in testing.
• Once set up, you can access new Beta versions without repeating the registration process.

How to Get the Beta App

To continue testing, please follow these steps:

1. Go to this link: https://innogam.es/FoeBeta 
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email inbox on your mobile device.
4. Confirm testing by clicking “Get Started” in the email.
5. If prompted, log in to your Google account.
6. Agree to the terms and accept the invitation.
7. Download and install the Forge of Empires Beta App.

For an easier way to manage your Beta access, you can also download the Firebase App Tester App. This allows you to quickly check for new updates without going through the full sign-up process again.

Important Information

• Beta testing via Firebase is currently only available for Android devices. iOS support is not yet possible.
• Your game progress is safe! Switching to Firebase will not affect your in-game progress or account. You can also still play on beta without the Beta App.
• Didn’t receive the email? Try again after a few minutes or check your spam folder.
