BackViking Event 2025 - Overview

Calling all Warriors and Shieldmaidens! Sharpen your axes and prepare your shields—Yrdiska, the enigmatic Fate Spinner, summons champions to a tournament where destinies intertwine and legends are forged. Under the watchful eyes of Odin and Thor, you'll grip your axe with mighty strength and test your skill against the Wheel of Fate! Fortune and glory await those brave enough to take up the challenge!

Step into the arena and test your skill by throwing axes using Viking Coins. Aim true at the rotating Wheel to seize glorious rewards. Be vigilant—your neighborhood warriors are competing alongside you, vying for the very same prizes. Plan your throws wisely, or refresh the Wheel to reveal fresh treasures.
Stand against the Wheel of Fate!
| Collect Viking Coins | To begin, click on the event banner and enter the legendary Norse village. Before you stands the mighty Wheel of Fate, challenging you to prove your skill and bravery. Before you make your first throw, make sure you have enough Viking Coins. Earn them by completing Event quests, Daily Tasks, opening random City incidents, or simply purchasing for Diamonds. |
| Throw Axes to Win | Spend 10 Viking Coins to throw an axe at the Wheel and prove your aim. Each axe thrown will grant you 10 Grand Prize points, with an additional 2 points earned whenever you collect a powerful Rune. |
| Neighborhood Rivalry | Beware, the Wheel of Fate is shared among your entire neighborhood! Keep your eyes sharp and your timing precise, for your fellow warriors can claim prizes from the same wheel. Once all prizes on a wheel are claimed, it resets automatically with a new array of treasures. Don't let your rivals seize your rewards! |
Axes and Rune Tokens | Occasionally, the Wheel of Fate will grant special Runes—Thurisaz Crimson (fury), Uruz Evergreen (strength), and Ansuz Skyborn (wisdom)—which can be traded for exclusive rewards. Both axe throws and collected Runes contribute to your Grand Prize progress, bringing you closer to ultimate glory. |
Use all your might!
Want to raise the stakes and outperform your rivals? Choose to throw 1, 3, or even 5 axes simultaneously to seize multiple rewards in a single spin! Plan carefully: fewer prizes remaining on the Wheel may result in some axes striking the same prize, while refreshing the Wheel will unveil a fresh set of treasures ready for your taking!
Complete Daily Tasks!In addition to the Event Quests, complete Daily Tasks set by Yrdiska to gather additional rewards.

Survive Rival Challenges!
Instead of the regular two-day intervals, Baron Alaraic Ironsoul will visit you more often during the Event. More specifically, the Viking Event features 18 mini-challenges, each containing 6 quests and 1 milestone reward.
Heed Baron's call, and each one of the Challenges, you can win extra Runes to boost your progress, as well as Fragments of top-tier rewards such as new Historical Allies or the Eternal Market Upgrade Kit.
And win amazing prizes!
Every axe thrown brings you 10 progress points closer to thrilling prizes—from precious resources to mighty boosters—taking you further on the way to the ultimate treasure. Should you also happen to collect a Rune with your throw, you will get 2 more progress points.
Buildings
This year's Grand Prize is the legendary Fjordstorm Wharf (Lv. 10), with Silver and Gold versions, providing significant bonuses to defensive boosts, Coin production, and much more!
Historical Allies
Keep a watchful eye on your prize lane! This year, legendary Viking figures Ragnar Lodbrok and Freydis Eriksdottir join as your new Historical Allies. These powerful allies offer unique boosts and benefits to enhance your city's growth and might. Secure their allegiance and let their legacy bolster your power!
Rune Chest rewards
Unlock all Rune Chests to earn an exclusive, legendary building—the Drakkar Pyre—marking your heroic achievement. Open all six Chests simultaneously for a special discount of Viking Coins!
Mythical Avatars
Impress your guildmates with powerful avatars inspired by Viking legends, showcasing your valor and strength! Step forward, warrior—your destiny awaits!
