I am not satisfied with the selected Trial and would like to change it, but nothing changes. Why? | You can change your selected Trial at any time, but the change will only take effect after midnight server time. |

What about the tables showing attrition jumping from 10 to 30, or from 100 to 150? Is there anything in between? | Attrition increases gradually, one unit at a time. The table values are simplified and skip many intermediate steps to keep things concise. Yes, there are values between those listed in the table—the progression is continuous and incremental. The table only highlights key points to give an overview of how attrition changes at certain stages. |
