I think I found a bug. How do I report it?
Thank you for wanting to report a potential issue to us, we appreciate all your effort and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In order to report it please get in touch with our customer support. Some information that may help them locating and reproducing the issue:
- a screenshot about the issue can be very helpful, please upload it to the ticket;
- a detailed description of the bug (where, on which screen/part of the game appeared);
- steps to reproduce it (e.g play with the wheel of fortune with bonds 5 times);
- if the problem is with a quest, please provide the quest name or ID (you can find on our Wiki page).
