I sometimes receive the error message "A streak of bad luck is upon you..." and I cannot play for a while, why?

The game is broken, displays scrambled menus and inaccurate information.

I have problems with finishing a quest. / A quest is broken.

My achievement was not granted.

I think I found a bug. How do I report it?

I found a translation problem, can I report it?

I cannot join Adventures, it takes too long.

A script / add-on does not work.
