Q: When will the next world / speed round / speed world / classic world open?
A: New worlds and speed rounds are announced on the game’s homepage, Discord, forums, and sometimes via in‑game or email announcements. Schedule varies by market. Support can’t give pre‑release dates beyond official announcements.

Q: Can we have speed rounds on all servers / more classic worlds / worlds without PP / worlds where scripts don’t work?
A: These are design decisions. Suggestions can be posted on the forum or feedback channels, but support can’t create or change world types on request.

Q: How can we know the speed round times?
A: They are published in the announcements section (forum/homepage) for your market. Some have a dedicated “Speed” or “Events” sub‑forum.

Q: When will there be an in‑game event, and will there be PP offers during it?
A: Events and related PP promotions are announced officially shortly before they start. Support can’t pre‑announce or guarantee specific promotions or event currencies.

Q: When will speed rewards be granted?
A: Usually shortly after the specific round ends and results are validated. Minor delays are normal.
