I ordered a product on my iOS device but did not receive it. What can I do?

If you have purchased Diamonds, a Bundle or any other in-app purchase in Warlords of Aternum but didn't receive anything, open the in-app Shop again.
If this doesn't solve your issue, close the app and run it again.
This is how to close Warlords of Aternum properly on iOS 7 or higher:
  1. Press the Home button twice. You will see small previews of your recently used apps.
  2. Swipe right to find the app you want to close.
  3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
If restarting Warlords of Aternum did not help, please contact our Customer Support Team. You can do that by going to your in-game settings. Tap on the Support button there. When creating a support ticket, please provide a screenshot of the receipt provided by iTunes. Learn how to find your iTunes purchase history here.
Every single transaction in Warlords of Aternum is going through iTunes. Therefore, you need to contact Apple directly if you keep on having issues, such as declined payments or an invalid account, when trying to make an in-app purchase.
