What are Reports and how to use them?
Reports are generated after various events, such as attacks, trades, supports, tribal invites, and more. To view your reports, click on "
Reports" in the top menu. You can view
all reports or filter them by
category using the menu on the left.
Reports are sorted into these categories:
- Attacks
- Defenses
- Support
- Trade
- Events
- Miscellaneous
- Forwarded (Reports that have been forwarded to you.)
- Public (Reports you have shared as public.)
If you don’t need certain reports or receive too many, you can set up a filter under "
Filter" in the left menu. Activating a filter will stop specific reports, such as tribe invitations, from being sent until the filter is removed.
Report icons and Search
You can search through your reports using the filter option. Reports are marked with icons to give you a quick overview, such as the result of a battle or other key details.
Sharing and Publishing Reports
Reports can be forwarded or published. Non-premium players can publish up to five reports at a time, while premium accounts have no limit. Published reports can be customized to hide details like your units, losses, opponent’s units, loot, or building levels. Use the BB-code
[report_display] [/report_display] to share reports.
To publish new reports after reaching the cap, delete old ones under
Reports > Public, where you can also manage and forward reports. Keep in mind that forwarded reports cannot be republished.
Automatic Deletion
Reports are automatically deleted after a certain period. For the
Loot Assistant, the most recent report per village is stored for 7 days. The total report limit is calculated as 100 reports + (number of villages × 10). For example, with 1 village, the limit is 110 reports; with 2 villages, it is 120, and so on.
If the total exceeds the limit, the oldest reports are deleted. To keep reports permanently, you can archive them (available only for premium accounts). Note, you can archive reports for a maximum of 24 months; this can be adjusted in the settings.
Folder Management
Reports can be organized into folders. By default, there are two folders:
Archive and
Loot Assistant. Additional folders can be added, renamed, or deleted under
Reports > Folders. If you’re unable to find specific reports, such as those from the Loot Assistant, ensure the correct folder is selected.
Battle Reports
Battle reports provide detailed information, including who won, the level of luck, the attacker’s and defender’s armies, morale, bonuses, and more. If scouts survive the attack, they can provide additional information about the defending village, such as remaining resources, buildings, and armies stationed outside the village. The amount of information revealed depends on how many scouts survived the attack.
