FAQ - Notifications, Mobile, Technical & Reports

Q: Why don’t I receive push notifications (especially on app / Android / Huawei)?
A: Check:

  • In‑game settings: notifications enabled for the desired events.
  • OS settings: notifications allowed for the app, sound/vibration on.
  • Battery saver/optimization: not killing the app in background.
On Huawei and some Android devices, strict battery management must be disactivated for the app.

Q: Push notifications don’t play sound.
A: Ensure sound is enabled both in app notification options and in your phone’s notification channel settings for the game.

Q: Is there a mobile version for Huawei phones?
A: You can usually play via browser, and the app may be available via alternative stores (e.g., AppGallery) or via APK depending on region. Exact availability differs per country.

Q: Where are my reports? Why don’t I get reports (e.g., from Loot Assistant or Scavenging)?
A:

  • Some systems (FA, Scavenging) store reports in special folders (e.g., “Farming Assistant”).
  • App UI may hide folders by default; switch to “All reports” or the correct folder.
  • Filters (only showing certain types) can make it look like reports are missing.

Q: Reports from FA not found / “my troops disappeared.”
A: Attacks sent by automatic farming tools generate reports in their own folder. If troops seem to disappear, often they’re in transit or were lost in attacks you haven’t checked yet. Review the FA/Loot Assistant reports and troop overview.

Q: Why does someone receive info that I don’t want their tribe application?
A: Tribes can set “auto‑reject” or template messages for applications. When you apply, you may receive that automatic message. It’s not personalized by support.
