Relics - All you need to know! June 2026 Worlds & Onwards

Relics are special items that grant bonuses to your villages.
You can find them, equip them, upgrade them, and combine them to support different playstyles such as offense, defense, economy, and recruitment.

What are Relics?

Each Relic has the following properties:

When equipped in a village, a Relic grants bonuses to that village and nearby villages (of the same player) within its range.
A village can benefit from multiple Relics at once, but the total bonus for the same stat is capped at 20%.

Starter Relics

When you first unlock the feature, you can choose 1 of 4 starter Relics.
Each starter Relic is designed for a different early-game strategy.

If you are the first player to discover a Relic, it will show your name as the discoverer.

How to get Relics

You can get Relics in several ways.

1. Choose a starter Relic

At the beginning, you can choose 1 of 4 starter Relics.

2. Conquer barbarian villages

Each barbarian village contains a Relic.
When you conquer the village, you receive that stored Relic.
If a village becomes barbarian later in the game, it gets a new random Relic. Its quality depends on village size:

3. Conquer player villages

If you conquer a player village, there are 2 possible outcomes:

The generated Relic uses the same quality chances as barbarian villages.
Note: When you conquer a player village, the captured or generated Relic does not go directly to your inventory. Check section "Captured Relics after conquest" further below.

4. Daily Relics from battles and scavenging

You can find up to 2 additional Relics per day through battles and scavenging.
You have a chance to receive a Relic:

The longer you go without finding a Relic, the higher your chance of receiving one becomes

5. Relic transfer on restart

Relics in your inventory remain with you when restarting, just like other items.

There are 5 Relic qualities:

Higher-quality Relics have stronger effects and a larger range.

Equipping Relics

You can equip Relics in villages from the Treasury or directly from the map management view.

Relic range and area of effect

Relics affect the village they are equipped in and nearby villages within their range.

Multiple Relics can affect the same village.
However, the maximum combined bonus for one stat is 20%.

Captured Relics after conquest

When you conquer a player village, the captured or generated Relic does not go directly to your inventory.

Upgrading Relics

There are 2 ways to upgrade a Relic.

Upgrade Relic

If you combine 3 Relics of the same type and same quality:
  • the Relic upgrades to the next quality
  • the type stays the same
  • the stats stay the same
  • the values increase
  • the range may increase

Upgrade to random Relic

If you combine 3 Relics of the same quality but different types:
  • you receive a random Relic of the next quality
  • the type changes
  • the stats are rerolled
  • the values increase
  • the range may increase

Premium Upgrade

You can replace 1 required material Relic with Premium Points in some upgrades.
